Message-ID: <9aafa6dd48%trill@netbook.demon.co.uk> Does anyone know about the tokenised BASIC format used by RM's implementation of BBC BASIC for their Nimbus machines? I've got a file, BLOCKS.BBC, that I'd like to extract the BASIC from to use on an x86 Beeb emulator, but neither BASIC 2 under !6502Em nor BASIC 5 on my SA RPC will make any sense of the file: loading it with Zap reveals that the majority of the program is there, but the line numbers are badly messed up. Could this be to do with invalid EOL sequences (CR LF when RISC OS wants just CR or just LF - I can't remember which) in the tokenised BASIC file which is throwing the line numbers? There are some errors in detokenisation of the code, but the line numbers are the most obvious problem. Alternatively, does anyone have an Acorn-style BASIC tokenised file of Blocks, by Anita Straker, from 1983? -- Supporting Acorn Users North East (ACNE) Using an Acorn StrongARM RiscPC in a Wintel free zone We are John Cage of Borg.
